Heute (zweiter Dienstag im Oktober) ist wieder der allmonatliche Microsoft-Patchday. Nachdem Microsoft die letzten Monate jeweils mehr als zehn sicherheitsrelevante Updates veröffentlicht hat, sind es im Oktober nur sechs Security-Bulletins. Davon werden drei als „kritisch“ und drei als „hoch“ eingestuft.

Abermals wird eine Sicherheitslücke im neuen Edge-Browser unter Windows 10 gefixed. Offenbar knüpft der neue Browser nahtlos da an, wo der Internet Explorer aufgehört hat.

Nachfolgend noch ein grober Überblick der zur Verfügung stehenden Security-Bulletins. Weitere Details wird Microsoft wie immer im Security TechCenter zur Verfügung stellen. Der Link funktioniert üblicherweise allerdings erst immer am Dienstagabend deutscher Zeit.

    Ich habe mich an Win 10 noch nicht ran getraut. Im Moment habe ich immer noch mein win 7 auf dem Rechner. Aber ich denke irgendwann müssen wir alle umstellen.
